015 Can't find out how to remove the back from my acer al 1916W monitor. Can someone help me?015

Answers :

You need to pop off the small horizontal cover at the base with screw driver. This exposes 4 screws to remove. Then you can access last small screw behind the base. you will need to unscrew the two nuts at the vga input and then use a thin tool like a wood chisel to pry between the case and gently seperate.
Face down the monitor over a soft surface to avoid scratches .Remove all screws that you can see.There are more screws that mount the leg to the monitor .Those are hidden you can not see.Covered by a little plastic cover shell.After you remove all the screws ,now you need to remove the back cover from the monitor .using a flat screw driver or another slim tool begin from one side .stick the screw driver into join line between the front and back cover and twist it gently.this is hard part of the operation.You got to be careful .try to loose one side first then other sides ll be easier.
